A domestic FAA Form 8130 may be available from the manufacturer for certain items such as cylinders, crankshafts, vacuum pumps etc.  Not all products are provided with an FAA Form 8130. Adding this item to your cart will provide an 8130 for those products where one is available. 

You only need to add this item once per order. 

** If no Form 8130 is available for the items ordered, this charge will not be refunded.

Note: Domestic Form 8130 may add processing time to an order. The Form 8130 must be issued at time of purchase. Under no circumstances can we issue the form after the parts have left the facility.
